They perhaps are too busy answering phone calls from other FSW applicants who have phoned many times? Times your "many times" by how many FSW applicants there are at Buffalo, then go figure why they are too busy to answer

I am feeling a bit concerned by this discussion, i have got the PER does it mean i am OK with the 67 points part, do they notify us the number of points we got in the assesment.

Good opinion, but we should not be selfish to think that only we should migrate , others should also get an equal opportunity guys......and hence 67 is a big hurdle for some one who is single and wants to migrate, though 67 cut off might be very lenient for some of those who are very bright.

Dear Kittu,

It took me approximately close to 2 months to get the FBI clearance certificate. After submitting my documents I had even followed up with them to request them to kindly send it as soon as possible but they said I have to wait as there are always a lot of requests all around the year for FBI certificates. Hope this helps...if any further information is required do let me know...and good luck...

I just checked the FBI website and there is an update in terms of processing. It is now supposed to take up to six weeks. I hope this is for real.

I think the match between IND Vs PAK will have a positive result for my MR. still waiting for the MR after 24th Feb review. I think only few of us are left with no MR and bigger horizon to look

Really...?This new procedure is quite embarrassing and confusing.I am not sure about whether I have signed to allow CIC to the custodian of my documents after a NER!Or may be they just want to keep the doc untill june,30,2011 to avoid resending the application and just save the day.........in such a situation I am afraid that i will also loose all the original doc & certificates which prevents from re applying if I get a NER as I suspect...all the efforts will be in vain.....
Any way MrKittu,dont be get upset and be in positive attitude....
Do u received NER by e-mail right?Is it a reply to your enquiry about the status of your file or they just send like that....??And u got back the fees even after it passed the completeness check,but,failed in the next stage..!!!How it is possible?......

I have already applied again and my file reached CIC on 10th March 2011. This information was given to a query asked by 9jcanada and Wayne.

my Application send to CIC and received by then by 17th Feb 2011 , DD has encashed on 3rd march .
NOC 0631
IELTS and other documents send along with the application
PCC not send

Till this time i didnt get any call from CIC and even my reference employer where i worked also did nt get the call .
As the tracking sheet . up to 15th feb 2011 are getting the file number . when should i get mine ?
Do they issue File number only after contacting my employer or me ? i mean inquiry

Could u please tell me how to check the application status through E cas ? and what is it ?

Trouble is with the UK that we're part of the European Union, and therefore there is nothing to stop anyone in Europe coming into the UK and taking jobs from UK residents.

Or for a UK citizen to move to say France, Spain, Germany or Italy, among many other fine countries, for employment... In the end I would assume it is all a wash. It seems that EU provides flexibility for all citizens of Europe to choose where they want to live and work, which is great.

i)How long did it take for the bank draft to arrive after the NER?
ii)Was your application delayed (longer processing time) before they sent you the NER?

Just looking at every possible scenarios here. Hate to get eventually checkmated by the CIO come June.

1) Bank draft reached us within 20-25 days after NER

2) No my application was not delayed. It came as per the timelines. rather precisely on the day it was expected.

Don't worry your will be PER as mine.
