Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

There is capped limit of 1000 people per category but still after passage of 9 months very few pople have applied for following categories

Applications received toward the overall cap: 9,431 of 20,000 as of March 21, 2011

It clearly showing that people are feeling difficulties in applying for immigration,therefore Canadians authorities should make changes and relaxations in their immigration process,at present it is simply impossible for a person to apply for immigration who is not having any relative in Canada.
Even a person having Master Degree,IELTS 7.0 SCORE,Experience of 20 years, even then he will need score 0f 5 points due to his relative for compliance of 67 marks.

We haven't got relatives in Canada and neither of our jobs is even on the Cat 1 list, but we were able to apply because my husband got off his backside and went over there and secured a job. FSW Cat 2 applications rightly get several more points for adaptability by virtue of already having a job.
For FSW Cat 1, yes, it is harder, but when you read the figures regarding the number of Cat 1 immigrants who fail to get a job and also who return to where they came from within 5 years, you would understand that this is what the Canadian government immigration policy is all about.
They don't want lots of foreigners coming with no jobs! Most countries don't.
If you are serious about it, it isn't "simply impossible" to immigrate to Canada, despite having no relatives or other help to get there - you just have to be committed and try very hard to get a job there and then you have to be prepared to go on a TWP until the PR comes through.

Hello all
Have been watching how things have been evolving from the sideline, seniors doing a great job as usual. Congratulations to all those who received their Per/AOR/Medicals/Passport requests etc

I just received an e-mail from my consultant in Canada with a copy of my 2nd AOR from Paris VO - it quote the E000... and just states general infomation regarding the process and that they will contact me in due course.

It was issued on 21 March 2011, just one month after Per, so looks like it is "Spring" in Paris, so fingers crossed things keep moving;
So glad another stage is over, now to wait on medicals ;D ;D

IELTS and other documents send along with the application
PCC not send

Till this time i didnt get any call from CIC and even my reference employer where i worked also did nt get the call .
As the tracking sheet . up to 15th feb 2011 are getting the file number . when should i get mine ?
Do they issue File number only after contacting my employer or me ? i mean inquiry

Could u please tell me how to check the application status through E cas ? and what is it ?

You will need a file number or Client Number to enter.

I received my ARO ON 24th March and File No start E0000-----this number I used to see my e-status.But I was unable to log on ------------it shows that File Number should be start wit B0...........Let me Know if someone know it.WHEN I WILL GET MY 2nd AOR from London office

Hi cyborg,

To the best of my knowledge CIO will not normally call you, your employer or forward you any info before they have completed your eligibility review. Based on the info on our tracker here on the forum CIO are currently processing applications submitted in mid February, so if everything is in order, you should be getting a response within the next week or two.

The E000 number sent in the 2nd AOR, is it the same E number you received in the PER?

Yes it is the same, there is also a B# with nine digits. I have tried both the E000 and B# under file # in ECAS and both work.
I also can use the UCI# as Client ID and that also works - get same info - "RVBO"

Yes a fresh PCC from UK would be required. It does not matter whether you have been to Uk after your first PCC or not.

can you please refer to OP or other document that states PCC is required even if the applicant never visited the country since he left it?
