Hi guys,
What is the best time to go for GCMS notes? It's 2 months and 4 days since my AOR. Should I wait for 3 months mark or do it right now?

I Think it would be good to order GCMS notes at this point.

Having said that I can tell you what you will find in it, to teh best of my knowledge what i have discovered:

Your criminality was initiated on 22 Feb and completed on 23rd feb.
Security was updated with new value - not started on 23rd feb.

Sometime after that your file was forwarded to (most likely 29th feb) to CPC from CIO

How did you go about getting your GCMS Notes? Someone on this thread suggested GCMSnow -- Is this a reliable website?

There is no harm in specifying. Not sure about declining

Google consent form format. Plain paper can also work.

i recieved a mail on 21st from CIC to submit my passport & photos. however they have told to submit this via VFS in india. However , i am staying in Dubai as a resident.

i am confused how can i submit my passport to vfs in india being in dubai. don't know what to do...

write an e-mail to them to change your VO. they ll accept it.

I received my ITA in February, I have arranged all the required documents and have uploaded them with the application form on the CIC website.

Now what I am unable to understand is how do I finally submit my application and make the required payment.

Please help as tomorrow is when my ITA would expire.

Do you see "Continue" after uploading all the documents?

Never leave anything related to IRCC for last days. Their website can go down anytime.

I am currently under medical furtherance and my re-xray and final medical report will be sent to CHC on Apr 30th, apparently my Background Check is showing "Not needed at this time". I want to know how long it would take for ppr after I send my final medical reports.

Thanks for the link, but it specifically says that only Canadian Citizens, PRs, or Persons/Company in Canada can request this. That's why I wanted to know if third-party services like GCMSnow are any good.

What's the status of your medical right now?
I believe they won't pass it to the VO till it the medical is passed, then the time to PPR is highly dependent on VO, category and the que ahead of you.
