Have anyone not paid RPRF upfront and got the request for it . I am AOR-20th Feb, its been 2 month still not received the request for payment of RPRF.

Usually people get RPRF request when they are on the final stage. Soon after RPRF one should expect PPR. If you haven't received it yet, this means your case is still in progress, you are not as close to the happy end as you wish

My timeline

Aor: Feb 7
Med passed Feb 12
Bg in progress to not needed at this time: feb 14
Verification call: April 14

Since then i've heard or seen nothing.

The worry for me is that when they called last week, I was on a plane so my phone was switched off. They called on the alternate number and spoke to my Dad. Asked the basic stuff about where I am and what I do etc. They also said that they'd call back if required, which they haven't yet. I changed my job after AOR but haven't informed them since the letter received with AOR makes no mention of it.

I see that everyone who received the call received a couple of ghost emails. I haven't received any email. Is this something to be concerned about?
