I have claimed points for her education credentials. But, I have positive LMIA as well.
Even, if CIC deduct her education credentials points, I have enough points to cross CRS draw.

Hey All,

I am quite new to the forum and would appreciate if anyone could respond to my query.

I submitted my police clearance document directly to CIC as per my country's policy. However CIC till date hasn't responded that they have received the document and neither my profile has been updated. The courier tracker confirms the delivery of the document however there has been no confirmation from CIC.

Did anyone face a similar issue like this?

If you have had claimed points, then you need to provide WES evaluation. CIC always check for documented proof for the points you have claimed for and they just do not deduct the points from the are area where you do not provide evidence and go forward.

Yeah my situation is very similar. My AOR is feb 16, and my bg has been in progress since Feb 19 when they asked for the FBI certificate.

Everyone else is saying something happens once BG is in progress, but ours has been stuck there for two months without a single update.

I wouldn't say I'm in the same situation:

Outland FSW

Medicals passed and BG in progress: 08/Feb2016

But I haven't heard anything from CIC -- no calls to employers or these ghost mails everyone seems to be talking about. Do you guys/gals advice that I go for the GCMS notes or just wait it out?

I also have an admission offer for a Canadian program starting in fall. If the PR doesn't come through in May, I'll consider applying for a student visa. I understand this constitutes "Dual Intent" and might harm my PR application -- does anyone know more about this?

Have anyone not paid RPRF upfront and got the request for it . I am AOR-20th Feb, its been 2 month still not received the request for payment of RPRF.
