What's the status of your medical right now?
I believe they won't pass it to the VO till it the medical is passed, then the time to PPR is highly dependent on VO, category and the que ahead of you.

Thanks for responding.

I called the clinic couple of days ago and they confirmed everything is clear (so I have passed the furtherance tests) and they just wanted to re-take my x-ray which is on Apr 30th and forward it to CHC.

P.S. I am PNP FSW applicant, New Delhi Visa Office and Aor in Feb. I was requested updated Sch 4 & A so far.

hi, thanks for your reply. but someone told me to submit the passport at the vfs in dubai and they will send it to New Delhi. Is this possible as well ?

Yes.. Submit it to the VFS they will get it stamped and deliver it back to the return address you mention,.

From the link, I could see that they directly ask for email and payment. Where should we upload the consent form(s)?

I ordered mine through a third party website and my spouse needed to sign his part in the consent form. So I believe that tells them that we are requesting notes of the main applicant plus spouse.

I have ordered it from GCMSnow.com . Procedure is simple, they need some basics details like DOB,UCI,Name etc . First they ask for payment and then they get the form filled up online . After submitting, they will email us one more form where we have to sign it and send them back . On the same day they will send the confirmation email that notes request has been submitted .

Same here. Worse still, my AOR was on 01/Feb. People from Jan are getting their Passport requests. I'm going to order the GCMS notes to see where my application is held up.
