WES ECA: DNB (India) Evaluated as "Graduate Medical Specialization" — What to Select in EE Profile?

Hi everyone,

I received my WES ECA report recently and have a question regarding how to correctly declare my education in the Express Entry profile.

My credentials evaluated by WES are:

Diplomate of National Board (DNB) in Hospital Administration (India, 2020)
WES has assessed it as: "Completion of a graduate medical specialization".

My question is:
Under the Express Entry education section, how should I report the DNB?
Is it considered:

a Master’s degree or professional degree needed to practice in a licensed profession,
or

a bachelor's degree

Would really appreciate if anyone who had a similar evaluation from WES (for DNB or similar) could confirm what they selected in their EE profile and how IRCC treated it.

With 10th + 3-year polytechnic diploma in mechanical engineering, which organization: CES, ICAS, WES, IQAS, ICES, Will give me the 3 years advanced diploma equivalency?
