please can u help me on this issue

i am living in Saudi Arabia and i received request from cic to submit my Saudi criminal record

i had finalized it but when i am trying to load in my account , my cic is asking for the issue date

the problem that the issue date is 7 jan 2016 and (even i received the letter from cic on 5 jan 2016 requesting to do it )

but in the issue date in my cic only showing 2015 as year there is no option for 2016

so what can i do now

It says "Not needed" since the time my medical status is passed 6th Jan.
