After how many days of undergoing Medical and submitting application (receiving AOR), the status of Medical gets updated ?

Schedule 4 is for provincial nominees....

Yes you should. Even if it was for just 1 day.

This is what it says though -

Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form
(IMM 5669) bearing an original signature. An updated Schedule A is required. Ensure Question
6 is complete and please leave no gaps.

They do not ask you to provide any information about your travel history in the Schedule A (IMM5669e).

Only question number 8 "Personal history" says ... “ ... if you were not working, provide information on what you were doing (for example: unemployed, studying, travelling, retired, in detention, etc.) ... ”.

So, if it was just 15 days vacation and at the same time you were employed, I believe you do not need to provide information about your travel and vice versa. Good luck!

It varies, and I think it depends on the hospital. Most CIC designated hospitals should call you if there is any problem with your result, so if you haven't heard from them, you shouldn't have anything to worry about.
The status should change soon!

I have taken the test last month and no issues around the reports, the clinic told me the results were clear and uploaded before Christmas. Hopefully in few days the result will get updated.
