Meds passed - Dec 21
Additional docs requested & submitted - Dec 23
Background check 'in progress' - Jan 5 2016 (changed to 'not needed' Jan 18)
Have heard the background check has changed for a good number of people, here's hoping it's just admin stuff going on behind the scenes. Good luck to everyone!

Something similar happened with me as well, but in my case I got an ghost email saying my application has been updated but when I went and looked there was no changes at all. :/

It's It's background details form. You need to provide personal history and family details in that form

Schedule A is Background / Declaration. (IMM5669)

Schedule 4 is for provincial nominees.... "IMM 0008E: Schedule 4 - Economic Classes- Provincial Nominees"

Not everybody is asked for all the forms

Thanks everyone. Had a look at the form and pretty sure I completed that as part of the application. Definitely remember having to get my stepmother-in-laws DOB and hated putting in my dad's date of death

Is it a silly question to ask why the government would look for this info again?

In most cases, ppr comes when mycic accounts show that bg is still in process and decision has not been made.

I got schedule A request for my spouse on Jan 14th and we have submitted the same on Jan 19th .. hopefully things move in the same pace
