All files together should not exceed 4 MB. Convert pdf to image and send them separately.

Third line means only that medical exams have been received and are accepted Fourth line means that also PCC and RPRF have been received and PPR will be mailed shortly there is no acknowledgment of receipt for Pcc and RPRF

Two months is not that long. you will hear positive news from CIC. Many people waited for 4 months and more to get MR. Your case is under scrutiny review and background check.

I did not know that someone may receive PPR before DM. I got DM last Friday. Tomorrow will be a week already and no PPR yet.

The receipt normally should have only your name. I sent the pdf receipt to my VO via email and it was accepted. I mentioned in subject ( payment for [my name] And [application number]. If you were asked to send it by courier, you may write on it your application number for easy tracking.
