They will send you a pdf receipt that you either print and send it by courier to the embassy or just forward it by email to the embassy. It depends on the method recommended by the visa office. For my case, CIC gave me an email where I just forwarded the receipt. CIC asked me to put " payment...

I experienced the same situation. No update after Medical Exams ( April 10th) until May 29th when Third and Fourth lines were added together on ECAS. I wish you good luck and cause may be only due to a delay of processing. That is all!
