Wow that was a double shot! U.S. green card lottery and Canada PR. You must be a lucky person. I lived in the USA and it is also a wonderful place and an excellent job market. Canada however is safe and a lot of opportunities exist there. Try to keep both chances alive.

no only by email. Rabat office did the same thing for me. I sent the landing fees receipt by email and I got decision made just two days later.
