Hey Guys,
can someone please help me answer if I can simply walkin to PSK delhi for a PCC... I was trying to fill out the form online and it said next available appointment is for 30 June.
<Walk in to PSK will get u PCC and even I did the same. Please check at the call center about the timings>

Nother question,

some one told me I can walk into the Max panchsheel hospital for the Med test without prior appointment is this true?

I called them and they are giving the appointment date after 7 days... I am trying to rush and you know why... we all do for PPR
thanks again...
<U may try Sadhu Vaswani, they can give you earlier appointment.. else try by crashing Max in the morning>
All the best to all
much regards
Thanks..............................DO REPLY

Completely ok, taking appointment is just a formality in case of max, panchsheel, they are open Mon-Sat. don't forget to take the printout of medical forms and PP bio pages.

You can follow the same with PCC. Just fill the form online. need not book an appointment, visit psk the next day.

This post here has a lot of information that may be helpful to you:

Landed on 3rd June.

Took a Kochi - Abu dhabi - London - Toronto flight. If at any of you are planning via London pls ensure there is enough transit time as it takes time to travel from one terminal to another though regular inter-terminal buses are available.

Landing experience was good. Not many questions asked, had cash in hand CAD 1k and rest in demand draft from Thomas cook, they gave me cheapest rate for CAD purchase after negotiations. On arrival Immigration officer did ask about settlement funds and later verified demand draft in different counter as request.

Staying with friend at Toronto Downtown, summer is yet to start, climate is cool about 14-16 windy though. Rained heavily short while ago.

Took Social Insurance Number the very next day (SIN). PR card would be mailed to address which was given at the airport during landing.
Yet to start bank account, after checking with 4/6 banks, may go with Scotia bank or TD bank considering their special offers for immigrants.

Good luck all, hoping to find a job soon. Shall be in touch.

Hi all

I saw cic updated the page for processing times.its 12 months for NDVO.so do dey HAVE TO process within this time??also is it the time when application submitted or the day process started i.e. 2nd line update?i hope NDVO starts processing files for people like me. :-[

Hi.

It must be the date from our second line update.

also please note its the average processing times and each case is processed differently .
There is nothing like they will process our app in that time frame .
But I wish you very fast processing and NDVO may take down there time to less than 2 months .
