Hi All,

Need some advice regarding my PR . I had got my TLU on 02 Jun 2015 (NOC 2172). I need to get to Canada for a course which starts on 01 Sep 2015. Looking at the current trends, I am not very sure if my Visa would be ready by then.

Should I apply for a student visa right away just to be on the safer side? Or should I wait for some more time before applying. I've heard that it takes around 4 weeks to get student visa. Planning to leave on Aug 26.

PER :21 Jan
AOR from CVO:5 Mar
MR :2 June

Now i have done medical on 5 th june and there is an problem found in my medical is they have found Diabetics in my medical report which i dont know previously .my sugar level is 211 which is higher side normally it is between 70 to 140.now today i have received a call from hospital that i have to undergone medical again .Pls advise what should i do shall i consider myself as i am gone out of the race my medical can reject on these grounds.ls answer my question i am very tensed.what should i do.

When was ur PPR and when did u submit ur Passports!!

DM/PPR was on 21 May, PP were sent on 25 May and received back with stamp on 4th June.

Dear All,

PPR

Got Passport Request mail at 11:29 AM IST. Timelines on left.
I must admit the wait after DM (Exactly 1 month) was the most painful and stressful in the whole process.

I'm so glad and relieved now. In spite of raising CSE and cover letter while sending RPRF requesting London stamping, NDVO asked me to submit the passport in New Delhi.
I have dropped them an email requesting to submit passport in London Visa Office.

Hello Friends

My Medicals (Line 3) was updated around 20-25 April.
It was for my-self, my-wife and daughter.

we are in U.S.A these days and my wife has given birth to our 2nd kid here in U.S.
I had send the 2nd kid's documents to get him added to our Application and the same was delivered to NDVO on 20-May-2015.

I have not received any communication since then and my CC for 150 CAD for adding my 2nd kid is also not charged yet.
I hope once it got charged we should receive the medical request for my 2nd kid.

Friends please suggest if someone has a similar case or in general what you think how long should be the wait to get the CC charged.

How would u knw that the doctoer has send your medical reports ?

I think so my doctor has missed sending it.

I have writtem an email to CPC-Ottawa regarding it but i am not getting any replies from them.

If you guys know any other way to knw weather the medical reports were send to CIC, please let me know

Good News!! Received my PPR today after one month wait from 4th line Update. Now I have requested NDVO via email seeking approval/permission to have my visa stamped in Riyadh. Now 2 qns. 1) Can anyone tell within how many days they will revert back? 2) And from the day I send the passport, how long will it take to get my Passport back with Visa stamped? Pls advise.

Hi! Don't worry & panic so much. Just re appear for the tests. Only disease that could cause damage to others in canada are considered to be threatening.. Diabetes is a lifestyle disease and most probably they will investigate if any further damage is done inside . That's what I think . May be people with similar situation can shed more light . BUT DEFINITELY WORRYING WILL SPOIL YOUR RESULTS MORE. Just try and take the sugar test from your local lab and try and control before appearing again at the centre .

I was paying Right of Permanent Residence Fee online. I chose option > India (where are you paying from)> Right of Permanent Residence Fee-not Express Entry (what are you paying for) > get payment instructions > Pay my fees online > Continue > agree to terms & conditions (tick the box) > select 'immigration' > Select option 'Right of Permanent Residence Fee' again > fill number of applications > submit > fill the details of the card and address

Could you please let me know if I need to fill applicant's address (my Indian Address) or Payee's address (paying by my sister's card)?

Seniors,

I am adding my wife to my application. In this regard i received an email requesting for additional documents of my wife. I have few queries related to few of the document.

1. Police clearance certificates for any country in which your spouse has resided in for 6 months or more since turning 18 (see http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/index.asp for more information).
2. The Right of Permanent Residence Fee will need to be paid before a visa can be issued to your spouse (if accompanying you to Canada).
3. If you applied as a Skilled Worker - updated proof of funds for number of family members to now include added spouse.

Below are the queries in have to the above points:
1. An original or a photocopy of police clearance document need to be submitted?
2. I will get an email at later point of time, to go ahead and pay the RPRF fee, correct me if i am worng.
3. Submitting balance certificate, i need to submit an original or copy of it?

Please need your swift response, as i am thinking to courier it tomorrow morning.
