Hi i have the sane situation, i already did my medicals and got it updated on ecas..

Was wondering the same why they asked.me.to resumbit IMM5669E form.. i think it's because there were gaps in time... So i will have to resumbit it and there is no space, so i will attach an additional paper with a table similar to theirs and fill it out...

Also write your file.number on the additional paper

in this scenarios it is:

From 1st January 2014 to 30th March 2014 I worked in company A. then I moved to company B.
From 1st April 2014 to 15th May 2014. I worked in company B. then i moved to company C.
From 15th May 2014 to 30th June 2014 I worked in company C .
From 1st July 2014 to 31th July 2014 I remained Unemployed.
From 1st August 2014 to 31th August I worked in company D.
From 1st september 2014 to present (july 2015) I worked in company E.


so what should I fill up in the table?

For me there was no space in the table to enlist all my activities as it asks for activities for the past ten years...

As for you, i am npt sure because you only filled 2014 and 2015.. Shouldn't we fill in activities for past ten years?

I am pleased to announce that I received my passport with immigration stamp on wednesday and I completed the landing formality on friday. Since I was in Canada I did flag polling at Niagara falls border. If anyone wants to know about that experience they can send me a separate note.

My timelines are below:-

VO: NDVO
NOC: 1123
PER: 13 Dec 2014
SLU: 19 Feb 2015
MR, RPRF: 15 Mar 2015
TLU: 1 May 2015
PPR, DM: 15 May 2015
Visa stamp: 3 June 2015

EXPERTS!!

When i will receive PPR. I am really getting worried since my DM on 26 May 2015. Where as other people are getting PPR on same day of DM.

Please let me know. I really need your inputs. Why only my PPR is delayed.

I am also in the same boat and hopefully does not take any longer. DM May 27th :'( But no worries amigo. You have waited months now it is a matter of days ;D

Dear All

I plan to land in Toronto and stay for a month and come back , During my landing i intend to give a PR address in Edmonton of friends of us .

Also i Intend to come back to Edmonton after a couple of months as my wife would settle there to give birth ( Thanks to Leon , I already know she should stay for 6 /12 months )

My question are the following and I would be really grateful if somebody who is sure could answer

1- Is there a problem giving a PR address of Edmonton even if i don't intend to go to that city in the first landing ?

2- If i Don't apply for health card at Ontario , would it be possible to apply for Alberta health care upon our 2nd landing at edmonton and get insurance from first day ( this is really important as my wife would be at late pregnancy ) ??
or I should Waite for 3 months because i would be considered moving from TORONTO ?


3- Regarding SIN , do you advise I apply for it at toronto when i land or its better to postponed it till next visit when we settle permenantly in Edmonton and apply for health card with SIN together

4- If I open a bank account At TAD or SCoti at Toronto upon landing , would it be easy to change the address of my bank upon 2nd landing in Edmonton and get a ( BANKS STATEMENT with my Edmonton address on it right away ) ,,, or i would have to open a New account in Edmonton .
