    No. Unfortunately not. It will stay "Processing at Consulate" all the time, until your passport is returned to BLS. Then it will say Mailed to address.

    Processing time depends on how fast Consulate receive clearance from your regional police station (Mumbai). If you have only 20 days, I would suggest to start preparing a Letter of Explanation, indicating the delays, and submitting the BLS receipts.
