Hello,
I am preparing my papers for eAPR.
I already have my employment letter scanned and i have been using it for many purposes for a long time now, I even applied and got accepted to OINP with it. But I was rereading it now and I found something that might be an issue for CIC.

Here is part of the text:

"I, the undersigned, XXXX, General Manager of XXXX certify that Mr. XXXX was employed by our company on a full time basis (45 hours per week) from December 1st 2010 to November 26th 2014.
His last annual salary was XXXX.

His last position was "Programmer Analyst". Mr XXX worked on the Oracle Forms and Reports (6i, 10g, 11g) platform and with the PL/SQL development language (via TOAD software application).
His main duties included:
.
.
.
.
"

My concern is... The letter mentions that my last position was programmer analyst.. I never paid attention to it before.. would that be an issue? Might they assume that i was something else before that? Cause I really was a programmer analyst since I joined.. And the one who wrote the paper probably added it as a formality.

Is it worth mentioning in LOE? Or better highlight it, especially since OINP accepted it.
I also have my contract to prove that i was a progerammer analyst since I signed it, but it is only a copy of the contract and certifying, translating and notarizing it will be a huge hassle and very costly.

What do you guys think? I appreciate your input.

I don't think that should be a problem with IRCC when it clearly didn't with MCIIT, unless 'programmer analyst' is not part of the NOC's Job Responsibilities of your primary NOC that you applied (or going to apply) under, which i assume is clearly not the case.

If you have time, try reaching to your employer and get a correct LOE, if possible.

It's allways better to correct something ahead, than leaving a doubt.

It can be an issue since your letter does not mention all your designations and there corresponding duties.

If the officer is strict, it can lead to app rejection.
