That does seems strange at first I thought they must have done medical upfront before they applied for PR? but if the spreadsheet is anything to go by many people do seem to have done upfront medical after they received AOR :s I haven't had medical request from CIC, just a long 17 going on 18...

Are you in England or Canada right now? I was going to take my medical upfront too as I'll have to go London for it as there aren't any approved centers in the North of England and one of my friends from Canada visiting London so figured I'd get the train down and do the medical at the same time.

You have to email it to the address listed on the email with you application number

I got the email asking to pay Right of Permanent Residence Fee, I got excited called my parents in Canada and then paid the fee almost immediately. Then I got the email saying disregard as it was sent in error.. is this some kind of cruel joke?

We're not all in Canada, safe and happy, I had to go back to my country. I wouldn't mind waiting so long for PR if I was in Canada with my family. My life is literally on hold right now.
