That's really frustrating. Many applications received long after Oct 13 have been already processed for AOR. They definitely don't go by date. And obviously many applications got "In-Progress" already. I wish I knew they approach... BUT... what can we do. Let's wish Good Luck to others who are...

Seems like some people from Oct are getting AORs already. That makes it 2 weeks. Sounds promising so far, doesn't it? :)

Once again guys... this is for individuals who reach 3 years exactly tomorrow on Sep 11th. By the time you apply, the day is not done yet, so it can be counted AS FULL DAY. That's why they are saying about the previous day. But we all have more than 3 years, don't we???

Does anybody know, how it was said on the web-site previously?? As I remember it was always this way - "...on the back of photos."

Would they supposed to say ... "on the back of one of the photos"?? I just spoke with a photographer from Shoppers. He confirmed it is and has always been only one photo stamped.

Sorry, I didn't really get you. Are you asking if you should go to get the second stamp?? I assume, one stamp works if the photos are identical. But again, that's my own opinion.

My own opinion - if the pics are completely identical, why do they need stamps on both? Plus, I got it stamped the same way in Shoppers. As I understand these guys know what they do.

Definitely, the most important is to fill everything properly and provide all the required docs. There is a very high risk to make a mistake trying to apply on the same day. As a result, the application might be filed back, causing further delays and money loss.

It's nowhere said, that you have to have a valid passport at the moment of application. But Minimum that you have to do, is to provide an explanation! Without it your application will be sent back to you. Note: If there are any gaps in time between validity periods of your passports or travel...
