Bookkeeping is more professional I would say as an HR. But it really depends on a company. Some of them are trying to combine it with clerical duties to save money. Especially its normal for small businesses.

Well... Gmail has 3 different inboxes nowadays (Primary, Social and Promotions). Although it's said that some messages are filtered by its automated system, I got a lot of junk regularly. )) I guess, I should've provided them with another email :D

Omg... they make me feel very nervous!! :-X Is that a usual thing that sometimes AORs are issued the same day and sometimes you have to wait??? Do you, Guys, know whether I should contact them if AOR is not received by Monday?? CC was charged on March 11th. Thank you!

I would rewrite the responsibilities using my own words. Otherwise they will see you just copied everything. That's risky!!
