Are you serious!! according their rules delivery must be done once and if it's not successful then i can get it from them. i sent my passport on 20th received by Ottawa on 21st and return got activated last night.

Doesn't matter what type of application you filed to CIC, as long as you're not from exempt country then you should receive passport request after paying RPRF.

so you must receive an e-mail from CIC with a subject "Ready for Visa". check your junk mail.
