there is two addresses inside passport request. one said Canada post, the other said Courier. If you're inside Canada then send it with Canada post address (the one with PO Box) if you're not in Canada but in USA, then use Courier.

It's not strange because as long as you have received AOR then IME # is available for e-medical. About timeline i should say it varies, some received PPR a week after MR done, and some still waiting since Oct/2012. It depends on how fast VO receives your background check passed.

I received my PPR on 19th @ 8PM. I sent it via Canada Post Thursday 20th and reach there on 21st.

I agreed. When I applied for RCMP certificate, they asked for 2 piece of IDs and my driving license signature was different then passport. Agency told me that it's necessary to keep all the signatures in Canada the same your passport (but funny enough no laws for that)

Hahahaha - Stupid Canada post activated my return package tracking same day i mailed my passport to Ottawa. :D :D I put regular xpress prepaid for returning instead of Letter size xpress prepaid.
