Full time 16 months education is count by program, not by school. That means the duration of your program from the beginning to graduation should take 16 months or more.

Read the paper that CIC attached to your return package, they usually highlighted the document that you have missed. Don't redo unless they asked you, just simply attach requested document and send your package as soon as possible.
I have received my RPRF and Biodata on Jan 14th (Same day as yours) and I've received the same automated reply e-mail for both e-mail addresses which I sent my info.
nothing I did so far because RPRF paper said you have time to do action toward this e-mail for 30 days and let's wait until Feb...
It's correct approximately 3 weeks to a month for e-case to be updated. My Dr. submitted my result on 7th of January and my e-case became updated on 22nd of January.
I'm waiting for passport request since then and still "In Process"
