question about immigration

hello seniors,

i have following question regarding CEC.

I have completed 4 years of BE in Electronics and communication engineering in India, Also I have completed 3 years (completed in 2 years) of post-graduation diploma in electronics Engg. Technologist. I can't understand which one I should put under "highest level of education section"
Any response will be much appericiated.

Which one did you do last, the Post Graduate Diploma or the BE?

If the Diploma can only be done after completing a degree, then, that should be the highest level of education.

which ever was done is Canada put that one. I have the same situation which i added my Canadian diploma instead of my back home degree.
