Hello,

Could someone help us with some details. My husband has applied through arranged employment, we completed Medicals on Jan 24th 2014. We have paid CRPF and have the receipt too. As of 15th Feb 2014, it shows as decision made for us, but we have not received any response yet. To add to the anxiety our apartment Canada post agent went on a 2 weeks vacation, the lady who was suppose to replace him during the time refused to take up the job so all the mails of our building is out there somewhere which would be dispatched over this week.

My question is, how do we know if we have received any mails regarding our PR during this time. What if we have missed the mail, is there a way to track it?

Also, from your experience only we have paid CRPF and completed medicals are we through to get PR?

Looking to get some inputs here.

so you must receive an e-mail from CIC with a subject "Ready for Visa". check your junk mail.

Doesn't matter what type of application you filed to CIC, as long as you're not from exempt country then you should receive passport request after paying RPRF.

That is correct, as Mike said CIC will email you asking for Passports to print Landing Visa.

Seems strange that it's been over a month and CIC hasn't contacted you. If all else fails, I would suggest shooting an email to CPC Ottawa with a screenshot of your 'Decision Made' status on eCAS.

Also, you have the option of ordering CGMS notes for your application. However, it takes a month to receive them. Emailing CIC would be the fastest way to go.
