Does vacation hours count to the 1 year experience.
I have got 80 vacation hours paid.Does these hours count for 1 year expereince.

But i went to vacation out of country.Still its going to count or not.

It doesn't matter where you go on vacation.

The OP25-A clearly states, that

An allowance for a reasonable period of vacation time will generally be made in
calculating the period of qualifying work experience (e.g., a two-week period of paid
vacation leave within a given 52-week period in which the applicant was engaged in
qualifying work experience).

So paid vacation up to 2-3 weeks in the 52 weeks are not problem at all. Vacation exceeding this
amount will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. What I would suggest is to apply with a buffer of let's
say 2-3 weeks after gaining the 12 months of experience in case the officer assessing your application
does not count the vacation exceeding the 2-3 weeks towards your work experience.

If you mean, you receive vacation pay every paycheck in lieu of actual time off, and you want to add those 80 hours (2 weeks) to the time you have been employed, then, NO. You still have to work a full calendar year.

But if you take the two weeks (or, whatever the equivalent is, based on the # of hours you work per week), then that still counts as "employment." If you take more time off, it is essentially unpaid leave, and you can't count that...

Hi
I went for vacation for 1 month.But i have only 80hrs paid vacation.
So they are distributed this 80hrs for 4 weeks.
24 HOURS for 2 weeks and 16 hrs for 2 weeks.Remaning days in a month are unpaid.So can i calculate the paid hours all to gether as 2 weeks?

If you got paid for 80 hours of your vacation, then yes, based on a full-time 40hr/week job that
equals 2 weeks of work. If you were gone for 4 weeks then you will have to wait and gain another 2 weeks
of experience before you become eligible.
 
agree with Toby - basically it would depend on how many hours you normally work per week -

The best thing to do is to ask HR for your up-to-date worked hours.
