    Choose "a work permit with a new employer" and leave blank or put n/a on questions like who the employer is , Use paper application and make sure she doesn't leave Canada till her inland application is completed.

    No. It will have no bearing at all. Just wait for the snail mail regarding landing appointment. Mine came 2 weeks after the email but the appointment itself was 3 months ahead.

    Congrats! If you're travelling by car to the states you can use COPR but if you're using commercial vehicle like plane bus boat etc you need PR card. Mine arrived after 69 days from landing. Happy thanksgiving!

    No. You will just receive a denial letter. You have to send it with the application in paper form.

    Yes she can sponsor you either inland or outland. If an interview is required and you did outland, you will have to go home for the interview. I'm just wondering why you let your status run out before being sponsored.
