Have the exact same thing. I came to Canada 2009 but they put original entry date same as last entry date... Please update if it needs to be changed.

I landed in Calgary office today and the immigration officer asked me to check if my details were right however I wasn't able to notice that she put 2011 on my original date of entry instead of 2009 when I first got into Canada.. Is this a big deal ?
