Congrats, however I don't think they got declined they probably just didn't have requirements (ID), when you do a landing interview it basically means your application is approved.

Very rare, Also if your file was transferred to a local office before Approval that's the time they might need some clarification. Do not stress about it at all :)

Sorry to hear its been 13 months since your AIP , I'm sure you're getting frustrated.. Just apply for a new open work permit by paper, If they receive it before your current work permit expires then you are on implied status and can continue to work.

You will receive the AOR by email. Although other members here had no AOR before First stage approval so it all depends. Good luck ! :)

1. She will land in Toronto if that is her first entry point in Canada 2. As far as I know it's not a problem if she lands by herself, no need to worry.
