Question to all: What is considered 13 Months as per NDVO's estimated timelines? Is it counted from when the initial application was submitted, i.e.,to Mississauga or when the file actually reaches New Delhi? ANY INPUTS??

I remember your frustrations with NZ PCC thats delaying your DM. Oh Well at-least you got your Re-Meds done. Hope they process yours soon. There is no such travel history in my case..its pretty straight forward. Wonder whats taking 'em douchebags so long to work on it..

Is there any other applicant on the forum who is WAITING LONGER THAN I AM for NDVO response after sending in ADR? I was asked for ADR on 9th May, got my recent notes which appears not to have been touched since they requested the ADR. Med's have also expired on 27th and still no Re-med request...

ADR was requested on 9th May, couriered to CIC New Delhi the same day delivered to NDVO on 14th May.(confirmed the same on the notes) Applied for notes a month back i.e, 30th June. No indication of interview, its says pending review.

No updates from my side. I am an ADR applicant. Its almost 12 months and my Med's have also expired on 27th and the recent set of notes received yesterday did not indicate any progress on my application. Wonder whats causing the delay??

How about you, when are you packing off?

Congrats! Question: Did you do your Re-Meds? I see you had your original Meds done in Feb 2013.

It is the 11th month for me no actually 12th..I didnt hire a lawyer just took an independent consultation. Address shown on ecas and the notes are correct. As for email, they did email on the correct address for ADR. I guess I am really waiting to exhale now!

It still shows "application received, Meds recieved"...And yes I have bugged my MP for atleast 4times and ordered 3sets of notes, the 4th one is due on 27th..i also got my last set of notes reviewed by a lawyer and he also had nothing more to say than "wait"...

Yup, been to my useless MP's office last month. He couldnt give me anymore info than I already have. He asked me to check with him in Sept :-( No Re-Med requested yet either..I am going through a hopeless situation. I guess I gotta wait endlessly atleast until my next set of notes arrives.
