I am sure you applied for GCMS notes and called your MP's consultant..did you not get any indication on the current status on your file? Cases like yours should be cleared promptly for the other waiting applicants to get a sense of the process..I really hope you get your PP with Visa soon... I...

Your situation is truly worrisome..I hope your case gets resolved soon or it will inflict more frustration to other members who are dealing with ADR requests.. Can I ask what were your asked in ADR?

As long as you are well underway with what needs to be done from your end you are good. I guess you should just wait either for Kuwait Consulate to send the PCC or a request letter from CIC. But keep in mind, if you get a ADR from CIC this would mean further delay in processing your application

Proof of payment - ONLY if not already paid (if you have already paid then just ignore this) You will need to submit a PCC from every country your spouse has lived over 6months And, you should provide complete supplementary information forms as requested

You are a Sept applicant, you still have time - they will notify you of re-meds by 12th month

Why would you wanna wait till they ask, if you already know they are looking for a PCC from Kuwait you should send it anyways

I believe they do clear most applications by their 13 month deadline if they intend issuing a visa. So if one is an Aug applicant, tentatively expect your application completed by September (taking Sept as the 13th month)

Thanks. But, I think they will ask for Re-Med's before the files goes in-process I am not expecting miracles from NDVO. Till then, I guess the pains of waiting will continue!

I am in a similar situation. They requested ADR on 9th May, submitted on 14th May..its almost 2months after and i am still waiting for an update. Though med's were done on 27th July, GCMS notes indicated that they were extended till 31st July. GCMS notes didnt indicate of any interview, VO's...

Oh does it mean that one can approach the MP's office only once in 3 months? I am a Aug 9th applicant and this would mean I will have to wait till my 13months timeline elapses to contact MP for any insights?? It is getting tougher by the day to renew hope and continue to wait..

Can anybody let me know what is the frequency for doing MP enquiry? My last MP enquiry was done on 17th June and I was informed by the office that the next one can be only after 2 months.....any inputs?
