Apparently its not worth going by imalive's experience, it directly changed from 'Application received' to 'Decision made' But, I know I'd be still checking despite it..LOL

Interesting, but I am not sure how it applies to people leaving India on a PR visa that entitles them to make Canada their new home. This would basically mean, they can bring in all their furniture and other valuables of their possession to their new home.

Somewhere in the middle of all this waiting period, CIC changed its timeline from 9months to 11months and I believe its about 13months now. So I guess, the wait is getting longer for newer applicants. But again with NDVO, one would never be able to ascertain or confirm on a trend.
