@LCM21: Not necessarily. Look into our spreadsheet. The people who got their packages returned. It took an average time of 42-44 days. So it's totally unpredictable!

I don't think so CIC will mess up by sending the email to wrong address. It should be US!

I think there was a slight misunderstanding.. The date on your reference letter (March 2012) is treated as the cut off date for your experience which falls short by 5 months from the expected 2 years work experience. That explains why they have mentioned that your experience is less than two...

Unico .. Trust me I'm not gonna lie to you I'm nervous myself. I've been checking my mailbox and email crazy lol . As you said maybe my application is back on its way as well. We don't know that yet! But we should give it a week at least from the expected AOR date.

Guys, there is nothing that we could do from our end other than wait! It's sucks cuz we don't have a file number yet and therefore a CIC agent will not be able to help. Of course, you can still call them for your own satisfaction. So lets be patient and stay active on this thread to share info.

Unico both our applications were received on 22nd . I'm waiting on my AOR as well! Lets wait until Friday

Yeah someone messed up CIO received date and had to fix it. I think we need a moderator for the spreadhseet

@sorrymontana: I still insist not submitting too many reference letters. Reference letters are key documents and if you produce a bunch of them then there is room for more error. Keep it simple and submit only reference letters for skilled jobs.

@miranja, ravskabra and all other April 2013 applicants: Did the spreadsheet mess up again? I see a column "File returned" and I see some random dates in there which doesn't match the expected AOR. Could someone tell me what's going on?

In addition to this, we had a long weekend and we don't how many people disappeared by taking a vacation. So, in my opinion there should be a 2 day delay. But, again this is all speculation.

That's definitely promising! Good news. So they charge the cc whenever they feel like it (inconsistent as always ) and sounds like there is no steady pattern. I believe BK 11 was worried about the fact his cc was not charged yet so it's good news for him too.
