I got the same email as you did. Yes, that's the AOR. As far as the visa processing office goes don't even worry about it . You will not get rejected for stating the wrong office . But, at the same time since you have your file number you can always fill out those forms again and you can add it...

Unico: I made my comments yesterday on emailing or calling CIC yesterday. But, NO I didn't email CIO and if even if I did it takes a month before these guys will reply and I would know what's good by then anyways so I never bothered emailing them.

I got it at 8.35 PM EST. It seems like people get it after hours and that seems to be the common trend. So don't lose hope! I'm sure you will get it tomorrow. Worst case will be sometime by Friday.

Did you just copy paste it? It seems like when I post email address here it adds spaces to it. So please remove all the spaces and that should work

It's good that you picked up on this.. Great question! This is definitely debatable and we need more information from davis to arrive a stable conclusion. Again, this is just my speculation about davis's case where he would be exactly eligible from August 2012 to apply for CEC but, he submitted...

I have no idea (I'm thinking maybe my package has been returned and haven't got it yet through mail). But, it's strange that none of the people have heard back yet (I'm talking about the people whose application was received on April 22nd.. if you look into the spreadsheet)
