    That seems to be consistent with what was relayed to us as well, 2-3 months. Our test was fairly recently, Sept 17.

    Hmmm interesting. We took the test on Sept 17, status on ecas changed to Decision Made from In Process...was greatly surprised. So we do assume that asaif that CIC were still investigating your wife's case, hence the ecas was not reflecting to Decision Made and stayed In Process all this time?

    Strange questions during citizenship interview

    Why would you be offended? You are APPLYING for citizenship, you are required to adhere to all rules, regulations to this application. If they had to ask specific questions, this is their right. We were asked if we have been arrested, in our interview, I was not offended by this.

    clarify for what? You already were given another test date, so clarifying that you sent them a letter is immaterial at this point.

    yeah, I could hear the conversations beside me, the lady was being tested for english verbal proficiency, the other guy beside that lady was being asked what did they do for a living etc. I wonder if other CIC offices also has the standing interview format as well.

    Though I have taken a lot of IT certification tests, I passed both my G2 and G driving tests here in Ontario on the first try, STILL, I feel a different set of butterflies in my stomach about this upcoming citizenship test. Test is tom, Sept 17 @ 1030am EST. :'(
