AsianIndian pointed this out. A CIC officer mentioned to her that the citizenship judge comes down to Ottawa on the 3rd week of the month. Its been pretty consistent so far, tests on the 2nd week and oath on the 3rd week.

Nope, we haven't gotten the oath letter yet. Its funny that they sent the letter on a Thursday, did not arrive on a Friday. Hopefully it will be in the mailbox by end of today.

I check ecas more than 2-3 times a day. I checked ecas Sunday morning, my wife checked it just before 3pm EST and the update was there.

Tried to log in since 8am EST til 1030am and the site won't come up. You can navigate from the main CIC website > My Application then you can't resolve the ECAS website... I tried it on two different computers.

Oath ceremony dates have been updated as of Nov 3, 4:28pm EST. Sadly, no Ottawa dates are listed...
