what value does 'PER' has? Is it the final review to assess individual's eligibility in desired NOC ? or is it assessed again at a later stage ?

my DD was en-cashed on 10th Jul and i came to know it today (due to poor service of my bank). I am may 8th applicant, so when can i expect PER ?

This year i applied for NOC 2281, file reached CIC on May 8th. I saw UCI written on my application that was returned last year due to CAP fill when i applied under 2147.

Thanks...i do have a UCI as i applied last year under 2147 (cap filled) and just checked ECAS but still couldnt track my application through it. IS IT NORMAL or ECAS SHOULD STATE CURRENT STATUS OF MY APPLICATION ?

This will not be an issue..until you have mentioned complete details in the application forms (like addresses/ posts held in the last 10 years). So, there is nothing to worry about.
