Hv applied thru consultant for noc 0015. Consultant asking IT papers for last 2 yrs for local vo.

Is IT return required to be submitted for local vo?

Does immigration authorities require IT returns?? Nothing abt IT returns mentioned in CIC website?

Pls suggest.

If the local VO have asked for it, you will need to provide it. Don't give them anything extra for which they haven't asked.

No. You cannot be included on your mother's application after the age of 19. You will have to apply separately to the program on your own merits.

Hi Frds,
Have one query regarding PCC... for how many yrs we required PCC certificate? is it last 10 yrs or from 18 yrs onwards....

I got my last 2 yrs pcc from the Mumbai Police as per my residential proof in mumbai... For the previous yrs i required my lease agreement / residential proof which i dont have it with me in my records..... how do i get the PCC for the previous yrs. Any suggestion????

PCC is from age 18 onward.

You don't need separate PCCs to cover separate time periods. You only need one for each place you have lived for 6 months or more, no matter how long you lived there or if you lived there in more than one separate time period.

Thank God your Mom is asking and that too just for PER... My Wife directly asks me that when are we going to Canada... She does not want to listen anything about PER, AOR etc etc... :'( :'( So, you can say to your Mom if all goes well final decision will be made by Apr-May 2015 for you..
To explain further you can say that if "I would have sent my application on 1st May and also if my VO would have been CPC-O then I would have got the PR by now instead of PER"...
And simple explaination is that CIC is reviewing 5 to 10 applications per day but inflow of application is 30 to 40 per day :-) and therefore there is a backlog...
If nothing works then switch off your phone or add "Call Forwarding" to CIC customer center number and your Mom will directly talk to CIO and scold then what they are doing.. :P :P

haha.....my children ask me every time I am out of town.....papa did u get ur visa.....hw was ur Canada trip..... when r v flyin to Canada.

can anyone tell which process is more time consuming....file in CIO or file in LVO (if file is in order and everything goes well)

Update:

During FSW13 opening, after long waiting (since last time FSW was closed on 2012) I have applied on the very first day (May 04,2013) on NOC 2147. But unfortunately after waiting over 15 months my file is not having any satisfactory update or finishing. Still no trace when Singapore VO will start to send Medical request to its first FSW13 applicant. Max VO has already finished or in process to be finished FSW13 files very soon.

Since my wife is on US (for higher studies purpose) for last couple of years, I attempted to apply on last year to apply for second application package with the NOC 2132, but restricted myself for the CIC commitment that they gonna finish FSW13 files within a year....Alas, they cheated with us...

I was continuing my waiting that SGVO will send some good news within a few days.....But thing is not changing...waiting without any hope...without any trace...

Finally applied as spouse on NOC-2132 (Mechanical Engineer) today with the visa office of CPC-O. Hope this time God will not frustrate me....File should be reached on 8th Aug 2014....So officially I am now part of FSW14.....

My presence on your prayer is highly expected...

God bless all....

Depends on loads of factors including which LVO itself...Some are notoriously very slow..Some not bad..and this year CPC-OTTAWA are in fact quite quick. ..

But I guess on average. .your file spends more time in the LVO since to they have to do more processing. ..BG checks. .etc

A question regarding 2174 cap
Recently I received my IELTS GT test report and got

overall band: 7
points: 5+6+5+5 = 21

I needed 23 to score 67 points overall and now I cannot apply, thanks to British Council >:( (I scored much better in Academic module by IDP)

The earliest possible date for GT by IDP is 6th September and test report will be received by he end of September.
I wanted to ask if I should take the chance or will it be too late by then? :'(

Hey Rayj..

You DD encashment is on the way buddy.. don't loose hopes.. they have started 12th may last week itself..

But, if it takes them more than a week to analyze document that were received during one day (and not a busy one because very few people had all documents prepared at that time), it means that they need several years to process all applications sent during one year, doesn't it?

a small query: spouse signature is required only for IMM5669 & IMM5406 and IMM5562 doesn't need any signature, not even for PA?

ashif_eee said:
