if CIC didnt processed it (due to CAP limit) then how come they wrote UCI # ? I am not going to change anything from my last submitted docs except a bit of modification in job duties to better suite it to 2281 as compared to my previous app for 2147. is it ok ??

i have the same concern as now i look to apply under 2281 however i applied for 2147 last year. Provided UCI # is handwritten. Do they really keep a track of previously written job duties as i am about to modify it a bit to better suite to 2281 ?? Confused. Pls help.
