Dear Seniors (please help/ advice)... FSW13 - i applied for NOC 2147, rejected due to CAP limit. This year, i have everything in-lined/ready and NOC 2281 and NOC 2133 are my closest match BUT NOT PERFECTLY SIMILAR NOC-2281 :::: i have few similar JD but dont have a 'Technician' designation...

What if i have an education of 'Bachelor of Electronics Engineering' and not computer science ? Previously, it was ok when i applied under 2247 and now when i am thinking about 2281 even with similar job duties then this education issue is confusing me. Please advice.

can you please elaborate a bit more with what you mean with 'clarification letter' ? i applied for NOC 2147 last year and this time NOC 2281 is the closest match but my first and lowest designation is of a "Network Engineer", so will it be a problem if i apply under NOC 2281 ?

Yes...indeed, chances are looking gloomy.

Applications load in 2147 from July to Aug in the spreadsheet is on a lower side and considering the applicants out of this forum too..... can it be assumed that applicants of late Aug and early sep will be able to make it within the CAP limit ?

What are the chances of getting into the race if application reached CIC on 3rd Sep ??

Guys, Can anybody predict which month/weeks applications are being checked for 2147? As of yesterday, 210 CAP limit is reached and i fear remaining will be filled up as well max by 3rd week of sep. my application reached CIC on 3rd Sep. Is anyone on the same boat with me? :-/
