    JULY 2014 OUTLAND APPLICATIONS!

I can't answer much about the CSQ process except I remember reading somewhere on this forum that people were getting it in much shorter than 3 months. I imagine there is a thread just for these maybe have a look. Also I believe having Outland applications processed at CIC Miss is realitively...

Dependent Child Sponsorship- Inland : Need Urgent Help

I cant answer all your questions but I do know you cant sponsor a child as a principal applicant using the inside canada package. You need to use the forms for outside of Canada, and it will be processed where the child was born(sounds like India). You can remain in Canada while the process...

    divorced before landing in canada

At landing she would have to report any changes in her relationship. It doesnt look like the OP is that interested in coming to Canada so I doubt she really wants to lie about her situation. To the OP. You do not need to do anything, however if you ever want to apply for PR in canada again...

    Medical Exam

You just need to tell them it is an upfront medical. You will not need to give them any form. They will give you a piece of paper to include with your application, everything else is done electronically.

    JULY 2014 OUTLAND APPLICATIONS!

They had to submit new documents to the date will be the bring forward date not the 41 days most likely. Moneey you need to read what was on the emails you received from CIC. Also you can not call CIC from outside of Canada.

Aussie needs a visa to work in Canada whilst waiting for residency back.. SPOUSE

Once you have got an AIP(firsts state approval) you will be able to apply for an open work permit. As you say this shouldn't be long now as I believe they are working on August 2013 applications(although it could still be well over a month as I think they did 2 days of applications in 1 week...

    Upfront Medicals

You will just need your passport, and maybe some photos(this varies for each clinic so ask when you book). You will get a piece of paper from the clinic to include with your application. They match it up with the electronic system in which the clinic will submit it.

    ineligibility issue

It had been clearly explained that continuing with the application and appealing will NOT work. Stop suggesting it to the OP, you will only be giving false hope.

    Complicated family sponsorship... help/advice needed?

Only if he has no other relatives in Canada, and his parents are not alive anywhere in the world. And maybe a couple of other criteria I am not aware of. Although this still might be overridden by the fact he didn't declare you when he landed.

    JULY 2014 OUTLAND APPLICATIONS!

I'm not sure what advise any one can give you at this stage. You are ineligible to sponsor your spouse ever. They will have to look for another option to obtain PR.

    Police clearance letter

I dont believe they do, if they were within the 3 month validity period when received they are fine. I have read on this forum that there is a generic request email that some offices send that states if you havent sent this previously please send a copy now. Is your letter worded something...

August 2013 Spousal Applicants on their 14th Month awaiting VISA approval

It depends on the Visa Office processing the application. I believe Manila likes to ask for passport very early in the process.

Status Updated and healthcare question_PR Inland.

The first stage processing for inland applications is currently 13 months, so if that does not change you will be waiting until around March before you will be able to apply for healthcare again. You might want to look a purchasing private healthcare while you wait.

    Need Help. (Transfer Application)

I dont believe you can transfer, but CIC can ignore the VO you have requested and send it where they like. So I recommend changing your wifes address and that may prompt them to send it to Manila. I have no idea which has the longer processing, most likely UAE, but other than that it wont...

    JULY 2014 OUTLAND APPLICATIONS!

I have never called but I understand what you mean based on things I have read here, must be a frustrating job to go to everyday. But the minimum you will hopefully find out is that they have at least looked at your application and it hasn't fallen behind someones desk.... Hope you get some...

Where to get the pictures taken?

I had no issues with Walmart. If you have no luck elsewhere try them again, just tell them its for PR. The bit of paper might have confused them?!?!?!
