Permanent residency spouse sponsorship delays leave new dad unable to support fa

That article is frustrating to read. So misinformed. And even if it wasn't, people need to take a little more responsibly for their decisions. The process hasn't changed since they got pregnant with another child(although inland is a little longer), but they could have helped themselves by...

Congratulations, is your 16 days from when you sent PPR or they received it. I am leaving Canada on the 18th which will be 16 days for me since I sent PPR, I am crossing fingers and toes that I will get mine by then. Otherwise I will start planning another holiday to land after we get back.

    JULY 2014 OUTLAND APPLICATIONS!

They mail you your COPR, so you really do want to make sure it is correct. Even if you send passport copies, photos etc before hand some offices still ask for them again. You can call them to change it.

    Conjugal Relationship (currently married)

You should post in provincial nominee section. I agree I don't think you qualify as conjugal but if for some reason cic do think you are in a conjugal relationship and you don't declare this in your application it may rule out future sponsorship in the family class.

Dual Intent. Selling our house, shipping our belongings.

You will probably be quite surprised, I'm a kiwi just had application approved in about 4-5 months. 11 months is for cases with some sort if issue. Expect everything to go a little faster than you planned. You should get 1 year from your medical date to land though. Or in my case I randomly...

Thread For applications Through SYDNEY (AUSTRALIA) Office

I just got PPR today, so that was about 2 and a half weeks after Decision made, hopefully yours doesn't take that long. I think I will be out of luck to get COPR before I leave for NZ in a couple of weeks now, but not too worried, will just have to plan a trip to somewhere else warm in the new...

    JUNE 2014 OUTLAND applicants

I would have said the opposite. The sin you can get at any office in canada doesn't matter if it is different province from the address you give. Yes Health care they will need to get in BC, but I take the question to mean they are just doing a stop over for reasons of a cheaper flight...

I'm with Rhcohen on this one. Nothing frustrates me more than people asking the same question and expecting different answers. And if people aren't explained this from time to time this forum would be chaos.

And if that doesn't work an offer letter and a paystub or two with an explanation should do the job.

New Form Alert !!! November 2014 - IMM 0008 Generic Application Form

The august IMM change coincided with some pretty significant changes to the dependent sponsorship policy. I got the feeling that's why they were so strict on the new form in that case. That is only my option though, anything could happen!!

    JULY 2014 OUTLAND APPLICATIONS!

Yeah, just take your COPR to a border(I think not all borders so you better check which ones you can go to). I hope to have COPR before we fly out, if not I will just fly somewhere. I'm in Edmonton and have no desire to do a border run from here. After you land you will have to go to service...
