I think it is better to avoid using abbreviations as far as possible, but If you really have to use them, it's wise to write the reason on a separate paper.

Hadeel As I understood from the content, your saying is true, but I think it isn't really started yet and we should wait till Opportunities Ontario update its site and formally announce that they are able to issue support letters for open work permits for us.

I would like to be optimistic but not really, Good for you that your visa office is Warsaw, Mine is Ankara and I don't know how long should I wait more to land on Canada.

@rp_tp I've sent Police Clearance, Birthday Certificates, Marriage Certificate,Copy of IELTS,Nomination Confirmation and Copy of passport. As I filled the forms myself I didn't fill and didn't send Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form. Good luck.
