@rp_tp I added your detail to the sheet @Hadeel I think you should fill WP form for your spouse and TRV form for your child (there should be a minor TRV form for children) , and I don't know about Good Conduct, it may be PCC. @Diva1281 Yes I sent PCC with my application.

I submitted my educational and work documents. I wasn't sure whether I should submit them or not, finally I decided to do it.

For temporary visitor visa you need to fill the form which is included in wp application. The link you referred is for those who only want to apply for visitor visa not wp, don't be confused and just follow the instruction in the wp application guide. Good Luck
