Dear Hadeel 1- My visa Office (Ankara) accepts Receipt of Turkish banks. 2- Courier because I'm in Iran 3- you don't need to pay extra fee for TRV if you apply for wp, so I payed 150CAD for my WP request and 150CAD for a multiple entry visa for my husband. Check it with your Visa Office, some visa offices like Ankara don't need the Original Passport at the beginning, they will request for Passports after their process is finalized.

Dear Hadeel I'm confused too but I think it's wise if we send all three. and about the forms, if you want to apply a OPW for your husband too, you should fill the form twice but if you just want him to accompany you to the Canada it's enough to fill it once(for yourself)

To be sure whether you should send your original passport or not, check the website of your corresponding Visa Office, as my visa Office doesn't need the original passport at the beginning and sending the copies is enough. Good Luck
