Is 12000 cap applicable for NOC 2174

If I am correct, 12,000 CAP is applicable only to NOC B Applications. It does not cover NOC A or 0 applicants. Seniors, please correct me if my understanding is wrong.

    medical examination procedure

If you are asking about physical examination, I think it involves breast examination. So its up to the woman to choose a lady doctor if she is not comfortable. In fact you can call the doctors office and ask them upfront. That is what I did in my case, however it was for our work permit medicals.

Police Clearance-Indian Embassy Toronto,do I need to submit my original passport

I do not know whether CIC would accept that justification. While I wait for the PCC applied @ BLS, Toronto, this is what I did. I applied for PCC from local police station back in India through my folks and submitted to CIC. I have not withdrawn my spouse's PCC application applied here. I am...

@Samir. You are right about the passports issued at Toronto/Canada. But for passports issued in India.. it depends on your luck. I had my friend who had his passport issued in India got his PCC in less than 10 days.
