Least CRS score you can get;yet hit the magical number 67

If you're qualified under CEC or FST, you can easily score <800, since you don't have to get those 67 FSW points. If you're only qualified under FSW and have an LMIA, it's hard to calculate the lowest possible score, because there are many variables - different combinations of factors can all...

come across Negative posts against WES Canada over Internet, so WES/ICAS/CES ?

I have experience with both CES and WES. For me, WES was a lot better, but it mainly has to do with speedy service, so it may not apply to your case. But just in case - University of Toronto: - spent 5 weeks before they even started processing my application (this huge delay wasn't counted...

Wow, you sure try to look far into the future. :)

third draw - cut off 808!

That's no problem at all. The only requirements are having a year of Canadian experience (40 points) and at least CLB 7 on the language test (CLB 5 for NOC B) (24 or 68 points, depending on the NOC). Thus, the minimum score is 64 (NOC B) or 108 (NOC 0/A). ECA isn't required, foreign working...

third draw - cut off 808!

You only need 1 year of Canadian work experience and at least CLB7 (NOC 0/A) or CLB 5 (NOC B) on the language test: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/cec/apply-who.asp I think scores as low as 64 are theoretically possible for CEC applicants (for NOC B).

A (possibly) plausible theory about the number of people in the pool and scores

However, FSW 2014 also had NOC-based caps, and some of the NOCs filled up pretty quickly. It's possible that if, for example, the popular programming NOCs weren't capped, the total number reached would have been higher. And I think that some NOCs couldn't qualify for FSW 2014 but are now...

A (possibly) plausible theory about the number of people in the pool and scores

You're very good at proving things, though I'm not sure it's exactly what you set out to prove: 1. You hate the idea of people collaborating and being honest with each other, calling the work bs and the people not worthy of respect. 2. You don't trust others, which implies you're someone not to...

A (possibly) plausible theory about the number of people in the pool and scores

Please do. I find the mental picture of somebody filling a web form 100 times to prove a point highly amusing.

A (possibly) plausible theory about the number of people in the pool and scores

Isn't bull***t a bit too strong a word? The sample may be not very representative, but the situation should improve as more people add themselves to the spreadsheet. Moreover, it is much better than nothing. CIC doesn't give any useful statistics at all, and I won't expect it to change, either.

A (possibly) plausible theory about the number of people in the pool and scores

Interesting analysis, +1. A couple of additions: 1. FSW 2014 spreadsheet had just around 600 entries by the end of May 2014, if I'm not mistaken. I think that it only grew to representing 20% of the total number of applications by the end of the year, and probably had a much lower percentage of...

Maximum possible CRS score without LMIA or PNP

600 is possible, though very unlikely. Such a candidate would have to be reasonably young, have a PhD, have a high score on both English and French language tests, and have at least 5 years of Canadian work experience. If he or she has a spouse, spouse would also need to have at least a...

Somebody eligible under Federal Skilled Trades Program can easily have a score like that.

    Should I apply now?

OP definitely cannot and should not claim 600 points without a LMIA (CIC may consider this misrepresentation and ban OP for 5 years). However, I fail to see what he would gain by not creating the profile until he receives his LMIA.

    Should I apply now?

You need a LMIA to get +600. However, I would advise you to apply now, because it's free and you don't lose anything by applying earlier. Your score would be on the lower side without the 600 points bonus, but you can always update your profile later (when you get more work experience, get your...

Only 3,000 Candidates were in the pool during the First Draw !

I don't really believe this number, it's too good (for applicants) to be true. They're also very vague on where the number comes from - estimated by who?

He or she would also have to score at least CLB 5 in English, but that's it.
