Here's my prediction:

1st draw 886 31-Jan
2nd draw 818 7-Feb
3rd draw 808 20-Feb
4th draw 730 6-Mar
5th draw 574 20-Mar
6th draw 418 10-Apr

Myself:
IELTS: 7.5
NOC 1111 (Financial Accountants and Auditors)
EE Score: 417
PNP Nomination: Applied for Nova Scotia a week earlier.

Let see the EE drama how it unfolds.

What data is this prediction based on? It seems highly speculative and without any background knowledge. You are also neglecting the fact that draws were and will be class specific (see Feb 20 draw).

Are these just complete guesses or have you done any sort of modelling to come to this forecast?

If so, I'd be keen to hear your assumptions.

730 to 574 seems like a very unlikely jump. A lot of tradeskill people from non-english speaking countries will be in the 700s
574 to 418? No. Basically most PGWP applicants will be in the 400-500 range. So I am assuming there will be atleast 3-4 picks in this region.

According to me From ~5 draw score will go up again as most probable PNP EE stream candidates will receive their certificates till then

OR

CIC will select a higher number of candidates in a single draw.

Stop speculating things on your baseless analysis. No one can predict dates leave alone the cut off scores.

No one could predict anything right now, we need a statement from CIC about the future of the applicants without a job offer.

Wow, you sure try to look far into the future. :)

There were just 3 draws until now. Im pretty sure even CIC has no clue of the draws as well. From the 3rd draw out send that CIC is in a par of trial and error.

Guys,

My initial forecast mentioned above seems to be very accurate. Predicted cut off: 730, actual cut off: 735... thats so close...EE drama is getting interesting.

Nice instinct!

I do not need factual information. Nor do I am looking for proofs. I am only collecting opinions.

1. Do you think there soon will be a time in 2015 when candidates having points between 350-400 without job will get invitations to apply?
2. If yes, which could be the possible draw and when?
3. Is it correct to say that candidates having 735 could score only 135(735 minus 600) points out of all other factors apart job offer,PNP or LMIA

Please reply with whatever you think.thanks

1. I don't think its gonna happen in 2015. There are lots of candidates in 400-500 range.
2. sometime by the end of next year.
3. Yes. It is possible. Technically the lowest possible score with LMIA is 624. But practically, minimum scores with LMIA would be in 700-750 range.
