How does the goverment expect people to continue relationships w/o marrying?

I do not know the US immigration system and this forum is about Canadian immigration. I guess that as you can prove that you have lived together for a year (no matter where), that you may be able to Sponsor her to live in the USA. If you are using a spousal process (in Canada or the USA) I would...

How does the goverment expect people to continue relationships w/o marrying?

The point is that you want to gain the benefits of being a Canadian PR but you want to live in the USA. Why does this make sense to Canada? Shouldn't you be looking at immigration to the USA?

which application kit to use? please help many thanks

Even as your wife she is still a "visitor" and needs to behave as such. Visitors need to show that they intend to leave Canada. A return ticket is a reasonable sign of the intention to leave. A single ticket and a return ticket are not that much different in price, look at one that you can get a...

    Spousal sponsorship

If she sponsors you from outside of Canada, I think you will find that she has to prove that she will move back to Canada. But what you really need is to visit a US immigration forum. Apply to sponsor her in the USA.

It really depends on what you believe to be essential. A warm coat, good gloves and boots are a good idea for the winter, there are plenty of places to buy those items. Food, well there are loads of places to eat and plenty of locations that sell a wide range of ingredients. PM me with your...

Final check before sending my second visa extension request. I have a few questions: At the time of my first extension request I was not married, now I am. I assume that I do not add my Canadian wife's details in section B family members because she is a Canadian Citizen - am I correct on...

Can I open company with a visitor visa in the process of receiving student visa?

As far as I am aware starting a company in Canada requires either a Canadian citizen or a PR. You cannot normally work on a tourist visa.

Intention to reside in Canada with spouse

I did say : The OP stated "The student visa is pointless", so I guess the only option is to try and cheat the system. A friend once said to me "we have always had luck in our family, sadly most of it is bad". I am the sort of person who would be caught... So for me, I would not want devious...

Intention to reside in Canada with spouse

Actually, I did get the point :) You can, but there may be consequences. I pointed out "strange" because that is what immigration will look at. They can do something about it, they may not, but they can. Whatever way you play it, follow the rules.

Intention to reside in Canada with spouse

I don't think it is just about showing intention to move back. You will have read the CIC site, it says: "Canadian citizens living exclusively outside of Canada may submit a sponsorship for their spouse, common-law partner or conjugal partner and their children who have no children of their...
